At CyberStyleCraze, each item is made to order, which allows us to minimize waste and offer more personalized designs. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    Because all items are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review the size chart before ordering.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items
    If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

  3. Replacement or Refund Process
    Once the issue is verified by our team or the fulfillment partner, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund. In some cases, you may not need to return the item.

  4. Non-Refundable Items
    Gift cards, downloadable files, and promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

  5. Shipping Issues
    We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  6. Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, production may begin and cancellation is not guaranteed.

  7. How to Start a Claim
    Email us at cyberstylecraze@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request” and include your order number and details. We aim to resolve issues within 3 business days.
