Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review the size chart before ordering. -
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. -
Replacement or Refund Process
Once the issue is verified by our team or the fulfillment partner, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund. In some cases, you may not need to return the item. -
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, downloadable files, and promotional items are not eligible for refunds. -
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incomplete address information provided by the customer. -
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, production may begin and cancellation is not guaranteed. -
How to Start a Claim
Email us at cyberstylecraze@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request” and include your order number and details. We aim to resolve issues within 3 business days. -
